(dev.misha98857.youandme, прежнее название — «You & Me: приложение для пар») в Google Play и App Store и к веб-версии
app.youwithme.space.
- приложение снимает с сервера токен уведомлений и связку с Telegram-ботом;
начинали вы, вместе с ответами в них;
с аккаунтом, со всем содержимым;
cataha319@gmail.com
Deleting your account and data
This page is about the app “Parella: You & Me for couples”
(dev.misha98857.youandme, formerly “You & Me: app for couples”) on Google Play and the App Store, and about the web
version at app.youwithme.space.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Settings — the gear icon in the top right corner of the Home screen.
- Open Data and account and tap Delete account at the bottom
of the screen. If you have no Data and account row, Delete account is at the very
bottom of Settings.
- Confirm in the “Delete your account?” dialog with Delete account.
Here is what happens once you confirm:
- the app removes your notification token and the Telegram bot link from the server;
- your profile and what’s yours are deleted: your messages and letters to the future,
wishes, the cycle calendar, mood, how-you-feel and “Just us” marks, personal events and lists,
the game rounds you started along with the answers in them;
- the couple space with everything shared — events, photos, notes, documents — stays with
your partner, whichever of you created it; if there is no partner in the couple, the space is
deleted with the account, with everything in it;
- the app returns to the sign-in screen.
All of it happens at once, with no “bin”. It cannot be undone. The law requires a locked
copy of messages to be kept even after deletion — see “What is deleted and
what remains”.
Delete only the couple’s shared data
- Open Settings → Our couple → Manage the couple. If there is no Manage the
couple row, the button is right on the Our couple screen.
- Choose Delete the couple space and confirm in the “Delete the couple space?” dialog.
All shared data of the couple — events, messages, photos, lists, goals, wishes, contacts,
mood marks and connected calendars — is deleted for both of you, at once and with no “bin”,
and cannot be brought back; a locked copy of messages is kept by law (see below). Your account
stays, and you can create a new space.
If you cannot sign in, write to us
Write from the address your account is registered to
cataha319@gmail.com
with the subject “Delete account”. We will delete the profile (name, e-mail, avatar) and what’s yours,
the same way the “Delete account” button does, within 7 days and confirm by reply. What the law requires us to keep even after
that is below.
What is deleted and what remains
- Deleted: your profile (name, e-mail address, avatar), your own content,
push notification tokens and the Telegram bot link, and the couple space if there is no partner
in it.
- Stays with your partner: the couple space with everything shared —
events, photos, notes, documents — if your partner is in the couple.
- Kept: records of Plus payments (what was bought, when and for how much)
and service records of issued codes and invitations — they are needed for accounting and
refunds, and they contain none of your content.
- Kept by law: the messages themselves — text, photos, voice messages,
video notes and reactions in the chat, letters to the future, photos sent as “Photo of the
day”, your messages in “Write to us” — for 6 months after deletion; records about them
(who sent a message, to whom and when, its kind and size, the sender’s network address, who
deleted it, when and from which network address) and about the account (e-mail address and
whether it was confirmed, name, date of sign-up, the network address it was deleted from) — for
3 years. This is required by Russian Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information…”,
Article 10.1, Clause 3. The copy is locked:
neither you nor your partner can see it, and nothing can be brought back from it; we hand it
over only on a lawful demand of the authorised state bodies and use it for nothing else; when
the period ends, the server erases it by itself.
- May be kept for up to 30 days: the server’s service logs, which are then
erased automatically.
- May be kept for up to 6 months: the server’s backups — a database archive
and a copy of the files, in case of a failure. Deleted data leaves them within
6 months of deletion; neither of you can see them.
What we store while the account exists, and why, is in the
privacy policy; what is kept after deletion by law, and on
what grounds, is in its section “What the law requires us
to keep after deletion”.
